We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) application. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our AML application, ensuring its effectiveness in detecting and preventing financial crimes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for the AML application.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to AML and incorporate them into the application.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of the AML application with existing systems.
Tasks
- Design and develop system workflows, data models, and user interfaces to meet business needs and enhance AML effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the application.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to monitor the performance and efficiency of the AML application.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the functionalities of the AML application.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in the development of AML applications.
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as php, mySQL, javascript, Java, Python.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
